4 Quick Tips for Lacrosse Season

Let's Go!

1. SEE IT. BELIEVE IT. BE IT. Start thinking about the season and set personal and team goals. What is most important to you this season? Winning a championship? Increasing playtime? Mastering your stickwork? Setting goals, writing them down, and looking at them every day will increase the likelihood of coming true.

2. BECOME A SPECTATOR. For the next four months, you will be on the field and in action. Use preseason to be a spectator and learn from the best. Read blogs, watch games, surf over to YouTube, and attend games. There is always something you can absorb.

3. PUSH, FUEL, AND REST. You have stayed in shape since last season, but now is the time to accelerate. Run that extra yard, throw one additional time, eat good, and sleep better. Start the season strong, and you'll end even stronger.

4. INVENTORY CHECK. No coach wants to see a dried-out stick. Your cleats need to be broken in, and you need a new mouthguard. Don't leave inventory to the night before. Now is the time to care for your stick and get used to your cleats. The new SISU 3D Mouthguard is easier than ever to mold and available in all your favorite team colors.

Have a great season. Let's get back out there!
